Privacy-first

Your data stays yours

TeamPlot is built for managers who need insight without surveillance. Here's exactly what we access — and what we never touch.

Messaging (Slack / Teams)

Message counts, timing, and channel names

Thread activity and help-channel participation counts

Message text is never stored — only an anonymous hash is retained for deduplication

DMs and private channels are not accessed

Code (GitHub / GitLab / Azure DevOps)

PR titles, commit counts, merge stats, and timestamps

Review activity, open/closed status, and line-change counts

Source code, diffs, and file contents are never accessed

Code is never sent to AI models

Calendar (Google / Outlook)

Event titles, times, and attendee names for 1:1 detection

Event descriptions, meeting links, and notes are never read

Calendar events are retained for 30 days only

AI Briefing Generation

Activity metadata and signals are summarised by Claude (Anthropic)

Message context fetched on-demand only when you generate a briefing

Message content passed to AI is never persisted afterward

Source code is never sent to any AI model

Encrypted at rest

OAuth tokens and all stored data are encrypted at rest and in transit over TLS.

SAML / SSO support

Enterprise teams can enforce SAML 2.0 SSO. No password storage required.

Delete any time

Disconnect any integration instantly. Delete your account and all data is removed within 30 days.
