1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TeamPlot ("Service"), operated by TEAMPLOT LTD (company number 15569561) ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TeamPlot is a SaaS platform that helps engineering managers prepare for 1:1 meetings by analyzing activity metadata from integrated messaging, calendar, and code platforms. The Service generates AI-powered briefings, detects behavioural signals from chat and code activity, and provides meeting preparation tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to monitor individuals without appropriate organizational authority and consent
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

5. Data and Privacy

Our use and collection of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of data as described therein.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Microsoft Teams, GitHub, GitLab, and Azure DevOps. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

8. AI-Generated Content

Briefings and suggested questions are generated by AI and are provided as informational guidance only. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by TEAMPLOT LTD. and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEAMPLOT LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
