Getting Started

Follow these steps to connect your tools and start seeing signals and briefings for your team.

1. Connect your calendar

Open Settings → Integrations and connect Google Calendar or Outlook. TeamPlot uses your calendar to detect upcoming 1:1s with direct reports and to time briefing generation.

2. Add your team members

Add the people you manage: name, email, and role title. TeamPlot matches their activity to these profiles once messaging and code integrations are connected.

3. Connect messaging and code

Connect Slack or Microsoft Teams for messaging signals, and GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps for code activity. OAuth flows are started from the integrations page — you will authorize TeamPlot with each provider.

4. Review briefings before 1:1s

Before each detected 1:1, open the briefing for AI-generated summaries, signals, suggested questions, and an editable agenda.
